Experience - Prior to Joining Centricus Anil gained over 9 years of valuable experience in the areas of civil, constitutional, labour and
criminal matters. Anil has extensive experience in the field of drafting memorandums, drafting petitions, legal research, e-discovery,
document review, case and deposition and drafting contract agreements for large multinational corporations.

Qualification - Bachelor of Law (LLB) and enrolled at the Bar Council, India.

Smitha Nair – Senior Lawyer

Experience - Prior to joining Centricus Smitha worked as a senior lawyer at an LPO firm where she gained valuable experience in the
area of trade marks, cyber law, biotechnology and construction by drafting contracts, conducting legal research, supporting corporate
decision making for large multinationals and preparing trade mark applications.

Qualification - Bachelor of Law (LL.B), Master of Law (LL.M), Diploma in Computer Application and enrolled at the Bar Council, India
