Representative transactions include:

CIFC Asset Management (acquired): Centricus successfully completed the acquisition of CIFC, an
SEC-registered, New York-based private debt investment manager with US$42 billion in AUM. CIFC
provides access to 2,000 sub-investment grade borrowers in the private debt market.

Centricus Asset Management (acquired): Through the purchase and subsequent rebranding of Halkin Asset
Management in 2017, Centricus acquired an FCA-regulated and SEC registered multi-asset platform,
offering portfolio management and advisory services.

Fortress Investment Group (advised on acquisition): Centricus advised and arranged SoftBank’s $3.3 billion
acquisition of alternative investment manager Fortress Investment Group, a leading global alternative asset
manager with $70 billion in AUM (at the time of acquisition).

Centricus Acquisition Corp., Arqit Quantum Inc. (business combination): In February 2021, Centricus Acquisition Corp., a NASDAQ-listed SPAC led by Centricus and Heritage Group, raised $345m in its upsized IPO. In September 2021, Centricus Acquisition Corp., successfully completed its business combination with Arqit Quantum Inc., a quantum encryption firm. Shares of the combined company are listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “ARQQ”.
