Key Highlights: 

Played a foundational role in the creation of the $100bn SoftBank Vision Fund, leading fund structuring and securing $60bn in commitments from leading sovereign wealth funds. In 2021, co-arranged a $5bn debt facility supporting the fund’s capital strategy.

Acquired CIFC, a U.S.-based global private debt investment manager with $14bn AUM at acquisition and scaled the platform to approximately $47bn in assets under management under Centricus ownership.

Invested alongside SoftBank Group in the Series F financing of OpenAI, valuing the AI leader at $301bn.

Led the $366m Series F financing of Devoted Health, an AI-enabled healthcare platform, alongside Google Ventures, JPMorgan Chase, and Franklin Templeton.

Acquired Capri Palace Hotel & Spa, marking Centricus’ entry into luxury hospitality. Following a comprehensive renovation, the property was repositioned and is operated by Jumeirah Group under the name Capri Palace Jumeirah.
