Emily Henderson

Emily is the Deputy Chief Counsel at Centricus. She has over 18 years of experience as a solicitor and compliance officer, specialising in public and private M&A, equity capital markets, corporate governance and financial regulation.

Emily was an Executive Director, General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Continuum Advisory Partners. She qualified as a Corporate Solicitor at Slaughter and May, before moving into Compliance at Barclays’ Investment Banking, followed by becoming Head of Rothschild & Co’s Group Central Compliance and Corporate Finance Compliance functions.
